Systems Engineer (Huntsville, AL)

Number of Positions Available - 3

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design, development, integration and testing of next generation tactical missiles on variety of airborne and ground platforms
• Assist with performing and documenting simulation analyses for tactical missile systems
• Position is co-located with the US Army customer on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL

Experience/Skills/Education:

• Experience level: from 0 to 5 years.
• Strong background in physics.
• Strong background in control theory.
• Proficient in C\C++ and Object Oriented Programming.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• OpenGL graphics experience is a plus.
• Six degree of freedom (6DOF) modeling and simulation is a plus.
• FORTRAN-77 experience is a plus.
• Excellent debugging and trouble-shooting skills (both software and hardware).
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be team oriented and have a strong work ethic.
• Must posses excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Candidate must currently have or have the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Required Education (Including Major):

• BS degree in an Engineering-related discipline fron an ABET accredited institution.
  • An electrical engineering degree is preferred
  • MS in Engineering desirable
