Operations/Intelligence/Technology Fusion Advisor

GRA is seeking a full-time or 1099 professional to advise and facilitate R&D and Rapid Fielding elements. Specifically, a recently fielded ISR capability is being upgraded to provide real-time target quality intelligence data and organic precision fires capability. The Program Office requires support for the development of TTPs, training, and doctrine in order to field the capability efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have some or all of the following KSAs:

• Precision weapons
• UAVs
• Forward Air Controller
• BN/BDE S-3
• Simulations
• TTP Development
• Training and Doctrine Development
• Rapid Fielding
• RDT&E
• Fires
• Airspace deconfliction
• Ops/Intel Fusion
• NGA/NGIS Targeting & GIS Applications
• Tethered Lighter than Air Systems
• Aircraft Weapons Officer
• FOB/COP Afghanistan Deployment

Primary duty location could include Huntsville Alabama, Phoenix Arizona, or NCR. Short TDY deployments to Afghanistan are likely.
