Logistics Analyst (Scottsdale, Az.)

This position reports to Project Manager, Precision Ground Surveillance System and is responsible for monitoring assigned tasks and keeps the Project Manager (PM) and client abreast of all issues, concerns, problems and accomplishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to collect and analyze data to effectively manage automated property accountability systems; using information submitted
  • Works special high priority tasks as assigned and serve as property accountability system representative to the client.
  • Utilize property accountability system databases and existing tools and standard reports to generate metrics and analysis reports. Use presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc. to develop presentations for the client.
  • Complete tasks within estimated timeframes and in accordance with established schedules.
  • Management of all Mission Critical (MC) and High Dollar (HD) property accountability operations
  • Identify support requirements for equipment, supply, and maintenance

Experience/Skills/Education:

  • Prior military experience is desired
  • Experienced in the areas of logistics, supply support, technical requirements identification for property accountability
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience in the use of relational database tools for data management and reporting
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task in high-pressure environment
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Must be proficient in excel/ spreadsheets and have familiarity with logistics software applications such as ASTS and load-plan databases
  • Must be able to clearly articulate/ communicate via email, phone calls and video teleconference
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
