ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Huntsville, AL)

GRA requires the services of this Assistant to perform secretarial and administrative duties.

Position Requirements:

  • Prepare various correspondence, format letters, transcribes dictation and handle mail
  • Answer phone, file, maintain calendar schedules, take meeting minutes
  • Arrange meetings, arrange CONUS and OCONUS travel
  • Providing specialized administrative support as further defined
  • Other generally accepted administrative support functions.
  • Full range of required administrative support.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Office 2007 experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience transcribing dictation
  • Experience with JTR standards for travel
  • Experience working professionally in the software or consulting industry
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and work independently
